About the Role:

A high-performing public charter school in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a nurturing and passionate Pre-Kindergarten Teacher for the 2025 school year. Key Responsibilities:

βœ”οΈ Use hands-on activities, storytelling, music, and movement to enhance learning.

βœ”οΈ Assess student progress through observations and age-appropriate assessments.
βœ”οΈ Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to support learning and development.

Requirements:

πŸ“š Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
πŸ“… Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in an early childhood or preschool setting.

Skills & Qualifications:

βœ… Deep understanding of early childhood development and best practices.
βœ… Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
βœ… Strong classroom management skills with a nurturing and patient approach.
βœ… Experience using play-based and inquiry-based learning techniques.
