Qualification
Teacher must have a University degree in education or teaching in aspecified subject area.

Experience
Teacher must have a minimum of two years teaching experience.

Commitment
Teacher must commit to teach for the duration of the contract.

Fluency in English
Teacher must possess sufficient proficiency in the English language.

We set up a 30-minute phone call with candidates to learn more about their qualifications and experience, if needed.
We revise, format and fine tune their resume, to ensure it highlights their impressive skills and matches the structure our US schools expect.

Once a candidate is invited to interview at one of our schools, we will look at the types of questions they should expect to be asked so they feel prepared and confident.
We will prepare the visa paperwork for any of our international candidates and submit it to our Department of State Designated Sponsor. We ensure it is processed in a timely manner.
We welcome the teacher and help them get established in their new city. We provide guidance on how to get set up from securing accommodation, opening a bank account, obtaining a social security number and much more.
We act as a point of contact for the teacher throughout the program. We can be available to answer any questions or concerns.
