About the Role:
Our public school dedicated to fostering academic excellence and student growth, is seeking a passionate and experienced Middle School Math Teacher for the upcoming school year. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team, helping students build a strong foundation in mathematics while developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with state and school curriculum standards.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity in mathematics.

Utilize differentiated instruction strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

Assess and track student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.

Integrate technology and interactive teaching methods to enhance mathematical learning.

Collaborate with fellow educators and school staff to support student success.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student achievements and areas for improvement.

Promote a growth mindset, helping students develop confidence in their mathematical abilities.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in middle school math.
Skills:

Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and best teaching practices.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Ability to adapt instruction to different learning styles.

Proficiency in integrating technology into math instruction.
