About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with state and school curriculum standards.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports social, emotional, and academic development.

Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.

Assess and track student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.

Utilize hands-on learning activities, technology, and interactive teaching methods to enhance engagement.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to support student success.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.

Create a structured yet nurturing environment that encourages curiosity and a love for learning.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably at the elementary level.
Skills:

Strong understanding of child development and elementary teaching best practices.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Ability to adapt instruction to different learning styles and needs.

Proficiency in integrating technology and hands-on activities into instruction.
