About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with state and school curriculum standards.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports social, emotional, and academic development.

  • Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.

  • Assess and track student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.

  • Utilize hands-on learning activities, technology, and interactive teaching methods to enhance engagement.

  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to support student success.

  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.

  • Create a structured yet nurturing environment that encourages curiosity and a love for learning.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably at the elementary level.
Skills:

  • Strong understanding of child development and elementary teaching best practices.

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt instruction to different learning styles and needs.

  • Proficiency in integrating technology and hands-on activities into instruction.

  • Passion for creating a warm and supportive learning environment.

  • A degree equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree in education or a related subject.

  • Teaching qualifications in your home country for primary or secondary schools.

  • At least two years of full-time teaching experience.
