Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging, standards-aligned math lessons for middle school students.

  • Foster a positive, structured, and dynamic learning environment that promotes critical thinking.

  • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners and ensure all students reach their full potential.

  • Utilize data to assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.

  • Integrate technology, real-world applications, and project-based learning into the math curriculum.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and develop interdisciplinary learning experiences.

  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to support student growth and engagement.

  • Participate in professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the middle school level.

  • Skills:

    • Strong content knowledge in middle school mathematics, including algebra and geometry.

    • Ability to differentiate instruction and implement student-centered learning strategies.

    • Effective classroom management and student engagement techniques.

    • Passion for fostering a growth mindset and a love for math in students

Additional qualifications include:

  • A degree equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree in education or a related subject.

  • Teaching qualifications in your home country for primary or secondary schools.

  • At least two years of full-time teaching experience or equivalent qualifications.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Strong character and professional reputation.
