About the Role:

This renowned private school dedicated to fostering early childhood education, is seeking a passionate and experienced Kindergarten Teacher for the upcoming school year. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team focused on providing a nurturing learning environment for young children. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a key role in guiding students through foundational learning experiences, promoting social and emotional development, and creating an engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of kindergarten students.

  • Create a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and a love for learning.

  • Provide individualized support to students, helping them achieve their personal academic and developmental goals.

  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create an inclusive and harmonious learning environment.

  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and well-being.

  • Organize classroom activities, field trips, and special events that enhance students' learning experiences.

  • Maintain classroom discipline and manage classroom behaviors using positive reinforcement techniques.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of child development and best practices in early childhood education.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.

    • Proficiency in using technology to enhance classroom learning.

    • Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.

  • A degree equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree in education or a related subject.

  • Teaching qualifications in your home country for primary or secondary schools.
